Let it be over

Good morning! Well, it is monday, and I am nearing the end of my WW week. (I weigh in on Wednesday mornings). I am really proud of myself for how this week has gone. I look forward to being able to step on the scale on wednesday and know that I worked for whatever I get. Here's hoping for a good one.

Went for my walk with my youngest son this morning, and as I walked (he's in the stroller) I had one thought that was constantly in my head.

'Let this walk be over soon'.

I am looking forward to the time when I actually enjoy getting out and exercising. When I stop dwelling on getting it over with, and let myself enjoy nature, the time to reflect, and know that I am doing something great for myself.

I felt the same way this morning for my walk. I hard to work really hard to push through the whinny little voice. Good for you for doing it anyway. I too look forward to the day when exercise in no longer a chore!!

Good for you for pushing through the walk.

Congrats on your great WW week!

Can not wait to hear your results on Wednesday!

Great job pushing through the end and not to totally discourage you but I still have the occasional day when I just cannot wait for my workout to be over and then there are days when I could dance through my whole workout. Fortunately there seem to be more of the latter the longer I do this.

And sometimes, you just have to make the decision to enjoy it.

that's about how my walk went this morning too - hated just about 85% of it - maybe tomorrow will be better :)!!

I always find that getting going is the hardest part. When I'm finished exercising it feels great and I tell myself to remember that for the next time. Somehow though, I always struggle with getting started. C'est la vie!
